Participants are housed in Manzanita Village in a mix of single and double rooms. Housing includes daily meals, starting with dinner on the night of arrival (Sunday August 12) and ending with breakfast on the day of departure (Saturday August 18). For those willing to share a room the cost is $535 whereas single rooms cost $678.

An option to arrive a day earlier (Saturday August 11) is avaliable, in which case the costs are $622 for a shared room and $789 for a single room.
