Participants are housed in Manzanita Village in a mix of single and double rooms. Housing includes daily meals, starting with dinner on the night of arrival (Sunday August 14) and ending with breakfast on the day of departure (Saturday August 20). For those willing to share a room, the cost is $535 whereas single rooms cost $678.

An option to arrive a day earlier (Saturday August 13) is avaliable, in which case the costs rise to $622 for a shared room and $789 for a single room.
