Participants are housed in Manzanita Village in a mix of single and double rooms. Housing includes daily meals, starting with dinner on the night of arrival (Sunday August 11) and ending with breakfast on the day of departure (Saturday August 17). For those willing to share a room the cost is $551 whereas single rooms cost $701.

An option to arrive a day earlier (Saturday August 10) is avaliable, in which case the costs are $642 for a shared room and $817 for a single room.
