These tools add equilibrium ionization to a battle-tested stellar EOS that assumed full ionization. The first implements a simple two-level hydrogen atom like model. The second implements all stages of Saha ionization, plus a simple density ionization model, for elements between hydrogen and zinc for all degrees of degeneracy and relativity.
